3.We use 144 braided tinned copper wire for our 1M wire, which has over 95% braiding coverage to achieve the best shielding effect. We use 24AWG tinned copper wire for our 1M wire, which meets Apple’s 4V and 2A voltage drop requirements. Tinned copper core wire, we can provide customers with 0.2, 0.5, 1.5, 1.8, 2, 2.5, 3M different lengths of OEM orders
5.We use the long body, integrated, and 3-piece USB connectors, which could pass the stringent 48 hours salt spray test standard.
6, Our company independent research and development into automatic USB welding equipment, and successfully put into use 3 assembly lines, the unit production capacity of 1160pcs per hour, 3 pull more than 30K per day the number of finished product production.

HB Soldering – USB Auto Solder – UV Glue Drip – Production Line – Injection – Fixed with Purple Lights
8, we designed the C89 thrust test, each PCS is 100% full test, thrust association requires 100N, our test standard is set to 105N or more, each PCS swing and tension completely according to the Apple standard to complete. After each of our finished products is completed, we need C48 C89 to pass over ATS,
1, to prevent crooked product outflow,
2, to prevent Pin pin pressure injury outflow,
3, to prevent Pin pin oxidation outflow.
